My Asian Adventure by Yvonne Stewart

We recently supplied some large compression load cells to a customer located in Asia. This customer requested on site training on our ALRS2 software and since I am the lady that deals with the software at JCM, I was asked to travel to the site to carry out the training.

Now anyone who knows me, or has called JCM before, will know that I am always either found at my desk or floating about the workshop, this was a huge departure from the norm for me. But what else was I to do, but to get my safety gear ready and board that aeroplane. I found this so daunting, but I am hugely proud to admit an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed, I loved seeing the different culture, meeting new people and being able to showcase what I love, Load Monitoring. I am now thinking where will I travel to next. Fancy a visit from me, let me know and I'll put you on my ever expanding list.

The training went really well, with great feedback received from seeing our kit operating onsite, and direct real customer feedback on how the system works. As the ALRS2 has grown based on customer feedback, I cant wait to be able to incorporate these changes into the system..........watch this space.
