Welcome to The Load Down, where I'll be sharing practical advice, answering questions and giving you a look behind the scenes at JCM Load Monitoring.

Running a family business means every day brings something different. It might be helping a customer choose equipment, organising a calibration or working with the team to get an urgent job out the door. There's always something to talk about - and often something to learn.

Through this blog, I want to share some of those conversations. We'll cover everything from choosing between hiring and buying to looking after your equipment and understanding calibration. I'll also share a little about the people and everyday work behind JCM.

You don't need to be a technical expert to follow along. If you've ever wondered which load cell you need, what information to include when asking for a quote, or whether an old piece of equipment can be repaired, I hope you'll find something useful here.
